Rinjal Services provides:

  • Rinjal Agro: Eco‑friendly broom manufacturing and raw material supply

  • Rinjal FM: Professional facility management (cleaning, pest control, maintenance)

Service agreements (quotations, contracts, AMCs) are governed by separate written agreements signed by both parties.

  • Agro product orders: 50% advance, balance before dispatch (or as agreed)
  • Infotech installations: 60% advance, 40% on completion
  • FM contracts: Monthly or quarterly billing as per agreement
  • All payments are plus applicable GST.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Rinjal Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim.
